About
Our History
Family is established by God and God is the head of our family. The history of Williams of Palmetto family comes from a strong generation of love, faith, values, togetherness, support, encouragement and unity. We foster pride, unity and a sense of stability in our family. We will honor our ancestors and descendants memories from generation to generation knowing that our love and appreciation of our heritage will stand forever and ever.
Our Mission
The mission of the Williams of Palmetto Association is to work together as family members in identifying and acknowledging our kindred, ancestors, and our extended family members all over the world. Our purpose includes organizing a family reunion biannually during the 1st weekend in August, bringing a sense of unity and creating cherished memories for generations to come.
Our Goal
We aim to cultivate and sustain connections within our extended family through several initiatives. This includes the upkeep of a dedicated website, biannual distribution of family newsletters containing budget updates, delving into family histories, compiling a collection of photographs, orchestrating travel tours for reunions, and coordinating various family activities to ensure a cohesive and enjoyable experience for all.
